Excellent Customer Service

With Shawbrook, with whom I have had a number of savings accounts over the last few years, it is always possible to speak directly to an individual promptly. They have been particular helpful when it comes to moving to new accounts when fixed terms have expired. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
