Shawbrook is a great Bank

I have been a customer of Shawbrook for just over one year. During that year I found their interest rates and savings products all excellent. I am extremely pleased also with their communication. When there was a change in the interest rate I was notified. On a few occasions I rang customer service and their staff were always very helpful, knew exactly what I needed to do to get an answer to my query and their attitude was always friendly, pleasant and professional. I have been extremely happy as a customer of Shawbrook Bank Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
