10 years plus of saving with Shawbrook

I have held savings and ISAs with Shawbrook continuously since 2013, both for myself and as attorney for my mother. Communication is good both by phone and email, with prompt pick up by people who have the knowledge and willingness to assist. No foreign call centre and no endless voice menus to work through. Where my money is concerned, then trust is important, and the details of savings products presented by Shawbrook are clear and straightforward. I have never found any "Gotchas" in the Ts and Cs. Interest rates are not always market leading but close enough, and I value the stress free relationship which Shawbrook provides. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
