Brilliant customer service and great interest rates

Brilliant helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great interest rates and very secure website. They have been proactive in raising easy access interest rate over the years when bank rate rose, whereas other banks have not. Highly recommend them. Can’t fault them. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025

Brilliant rates, excellent customer service, whether by phone sorting out queries or getting a swift reply to an online secure message or request. Very proactive in raising easy access account rates when base rate rises, unlike other banks. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
