I always have an isa with Shawbrook , they have the best rates and customer service if you need any help. sometimes you want to speak to a customer representative for confirmation and they actually give you a phone number to contact them. Very unusual now as you have to send emails and wait for a response with other institutions. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
