Polite, efficient telephone support

The telephone support has always been polite, efficient and well-informed. The support was particularly good when I had to deal with a bereavement. The savings rates were also competitive. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Cash savings account review

I was looking for a cash savings account that would be easy to manage and found the Shawbrook account matched my needs perfectly. Everything was sorted out online and I have had no problems with the account. Additionally I have had to deal with Shawbrook following a bereavement and their bank was the quickest to respond out of all of the 6 institutions that I had to deal with.
