Just spent 35 minutes on phone to fraud dept asking me about a car I’m trying to buy for my business, telling me the reg number is wrong and should I be buying this car, absolute joke of a company, foreign call centres, can’t speak English, will be changing balls very soon Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
