easy online experience. The service on line is well presented with good clear steps. it's a very easy way to build up a savings pot and transfer any amount to other pots for boosting saving in higher interest rates. The only draw back is not having record of that specific transaction. I transferred money to a boosted pot, thinking I was able to give seven days notice but it turned out that it was, instead 30 days. So maybe that's something that could be improved upon.
