Found out they have no "items away from the home up to say £2000" like others do. We lost a watch worth £600 but would not accept our claim because it was not specified on the policy. Was told that ANYTHING we take out of the home had to be specified on the policy. What a load of rot. Never had this before but shows you get what you pay for which in this instance is bugger all. Suggest you avoid and pay a little more
