A company which truly prides itself in amazing customer service

I have just renewed a classic car policy with FJ for third time on my current car, but have been with them for countless years to cover all my classics. Of course it's a competitive market and I do keep an eye on what alternative insurers are offering ..... but I always stick with FJ. They are true professionals, making things straightforward but well documented, and there is never a need to ask for written confirmation of any new or amended details as this need is acknowledged and sent out first post. The premiums are always competitive, and this is not a company you will need to chase for things - all communications are sent out in good time so there is plenty of notice given for renewal time or any changes which I need to advised of. I would thoroughly recommend Footman James and intend to use them for many many years to come. Reviewed on: 30th August 2018
