Love the chase app and banking experience especially...

Love the chase app and banking experience especially the fact each time I use my card or receive a payment, it alerts me which I find super helpful. I also like the fact you get 1% cashback for using my card. Customer service also helpful when have queries. Only thing I didn’t like it the way they send communication if need alternative format. The statements sent I thought was junk mail not realising holds sensitive info. Reviewed on: 6th March 2024
