Considerate customer care

Smartsave offered the best savings rate when I was looking to deposit some money. Then, when within a year, my circumstances had changed quite a lot, I asked to withdraw money even though I had committed myself to a two year deposit. In all my dealing with Smartsave since they have been professional and considerate, responded swiftly and eventually let me withdraw funds, which was very helpful. Reviewed on: 7th March 2024
