Simple basic claim for doctors appointment whilst in Oz. Swab taken and prescription given. The information they want from me, like the cost of the flights, each leg of the journey is ridiculous. They have not responded since I sent all the documents. I am very disappointed with them, even more so as I thought I took out holiday insurance with HSBC
