Saffron still believes in the personal touch!

I have recently been singing Saffron's praises to friends and colleagues. All my dealings have been direct with Saffron staff whom all have always been helpful. The most interesting part was that I was able to connect to a real person quickly and one two occasions spoke with same person!! They were able to access my record almost instantly.
