I’ve found it extremely easy to set up and review my plan, amending when necessary. In addition, staff are super helpful when I’ve had queries. I was transferring my pension from another provider and had some concerns about the time scale and confirmation of information, but they were so accommodating. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024
