User ID not working

I raised a case to reset my password. It still doesn't work and my account is locked. The first time I changed my password and the website hung for over 5 minutes and trying new temp password and changed password on a different device locked my account. After the second password reset my account locked on the first attempt to sign in using the Saffron generated password. I still have no access Reviewed on: 12th March 2024
