Their app is confusing. Their customer service is good but hard to access (no push notifications for support chat). They do solve your problems but you need to be on it to ask for them to be solved! They don’t offer great incentives (but the money saving expert offer is good and is why I tired them out). The card never arrived and there is no easy way to order a new one

Hey Alex - sorry to hear about your issues with the app, and that your card didn't arrive. If you head to Live Chat from the Profile tab on the app they'll get a new card ordered for you straight away. Thanks for taking the time to let us know.

Love AMEX think they’re very good just wish they do a good FX card and not charge 3% for foreign transactions! There is not rewards card currently filling that spot!
