Absolutely shocking service

It seems the installation is outsourced to Vodafone. When trying to arrange for the fitting, you are pushed from one to the other, and neither knows what they are doing. They had no slots available for over a month, and as a result said I needed to apply to Admiral for an "extension"!. What has that got to do with me?! They have a problem, its not me. I'm fine for the first available date. The box then failed after a few months and they want me to book in maintainance. Exactly the same thing happened. After 25 minutes passed between 6 call handlers they put the phone down on me. Shocker. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024
