Easy to use but needs improvement

I have been using PayPal Credit for some time and overall it is convenient and easy to use. The application process was simple and payments are straightforward. However, customer support could be improved, as it sometimes takes a long time to get a clear response. Also, clearer information about fees and terms would make the experience better. Overall, it’s useful but there is still room for improvement. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
