Quality customer experience

I originally went to Admiral for competitive price but they have been helpful in other areas too. A stonechipped windscreen claim was processed in a couple of days and I was able to negotiate some savings when I moved to multicar insurance. If I were to have any criticisms it would be that the phone number could be clearer on the website and when I do call the hold times could be shorter. Also I think charges to adjust minor things on a policy (like a birth date a sales rep entered incorrectly) should not have a fee - especially as I can change there in seconds myself online.
