give kids access to a payment card with low risk

Easy to use and setup, quick to transfer money onto it, and it works just like a normal payment card. No fees if you use reasonable sized transfers, and a lost card is easy to lock and only £5 to replace. No interest, but we use this more as a payment card that a savings account.
