Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Good service

Admiral provided me with a good service when requiring a quote they emailed it to me straightaway and rectified any Incorrect details. However once I purchased the quote, a couple of months after. I received a letter that they will be charging me more due to a mistake they made. I contacted the customer service representative and explained the situation and they apologised for their mistakes and returned me to my original charge. I been with them for a couple of years but this is the only time this has happened. At least they nip it in the bud as quickly as possible Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
