Decent customer service, but poor availability of information

I have had a few quotes for new cars, very fast in recieving those. But for some reason, then don't just send me my policy documents. It's all online through a portal that can be very confusing to use. And there is no app for easy access. Also hidden excesses that were not made aware to me at the time of purchase, have recently come to light in my new quotes Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
