Opening new savings account

After using the online chat function to ask questions about the best process to open an account (recieving relatively quick and useful responses) I met with Nicole to discuss my savings options. She was helpful and efficient (and friendly) and gave excellent follow up to confirm the approval of the new account. I have long been a member of Newbury and I appreciate their commitment to community and fund their staff always helpful. The rates are competitive. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
