Great mortgage advice

We had a very positive experience with L&C Mortgages overall, largely thanks to Timothy, who provided excellent guidance throughout the application process. He was always helpful, knowledgeable and quick to get back to us whenever we had questions or needed clarification. The only downside to our experience was the conveyancer that L&C recommended to us - YourConveyancer. Unfortunately, they caused significant issues and delays and were very difficult to deal with, which negatively impacted what would otherwise have been a smooth mortgage journey for first-time buyers. They couldn't even pretend to care about our mortgage application, and their communication was terrible. I would still recommend L&C for their mortgage advice and customer service, but would strongly suggest carefully considering your choice of conveyancer. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

Great functionality.

Great functionality. Really easy to use. Love the ‘spaces’ feature - I’ve always struggled to save money but I finally am each month. Customer service lacking though unfortunately. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
