I had stuck my head in the sand, my monthly outgoings were almost as much as I earned. I couldn't see a way out. I contacted a few 'debt' companies. PayPlan were the only professional sounding staff on the end of a phone. The other companies were offering me deals that even I realised were ridiculous. Payplan talked me through my options, listened to me, and weren't at all judgemental. They keep in touch, they are easy to speak to, and just took all the stress, worry and pain out of the awful situation I'd got myself into. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024
