Feeling special

It came to the dreaded renewal for my insurance and like most people, I wanted the most affordable offer possible. Admiral sent me a quote which sat in the middle of the offers available to me by other insurance companies. I settled on a quote and nervously contacted Asmiral to inform them that sadly I had received a better quote. Within seconds they had matched that quote and offered me better coverage. Their reason: because I was a valued customer. I know companies will do and say anything to keep customers, however I was treated with respect and appreciated for my previous custom with them. Furthermore, my quote was explained using jargon which I could understand. I didn’t just get the best quote available to me, but I also knew exactly what I would be paying for; a rarity in this day and age. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
