cheap price but crp service and pss poor communication when trying to claim

like others have said and also said on other online sites, poor communication when trying to claim. have to go through online for claim and await reply within 48 hours. my claim took 5 days!! needless to say i had already paid someone else to fix oven as unrealistic to expect someone to go more than 5 days without an oven. i got no replies to emails and am still awaiting info on how to complain to ombudsman. my advice is yes its cheap but of no use when needed. pay more elsewhere and actually get covered!
