Great experience

Banking experience always leaves you a bad taste. From long line to inexperienced staff. I never imagine I would say this. HSBC change that perspective for me. The service was fast. I waited only 2 minutes before going to the counter compared to at least 5 minutes to other banks. The staff at the counter always greet you with smile. That made my day as well. What else can I say? That's one of the best experience in 20 years of banking. I would recommend everyone including my family to use HSBC. They're one of the best. You don't have to believe me.
