The wonderful people that work here are brilliant.

The wonderful people that work here are brilliant. Whenever I’ve had to talk to someone, they’ve always been very helpful and polite. I was accepted for my 2nd loan beginning of this year. The lady that accepted it was new and didn’t know that I couldn’t have that high a loan. They called me and apologised. I was extremely upset as I’d been looking at 2 beds and a cooker. Another lady called me the next day and apologised again and said as it was a mistake, they will give me a bit extra in my loan. They didn’t have to do that and I was very grateful.
