Perfect sole trader account!

I've been with them several years and have had no problems at all! When I needed to contact customer service about potential fraud they were incredibly helpful and responded quickly. They have a feature when if you're on your banking app and the phone at the same time, it tells you it isn't them to avoid potential fraud. All the features for quick payments and invoice creation are so handy as a sole trader! Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Fantastic app and has so many brilliant places on it.

Fantastic app and has so many brilliant places on it. Would be great if they offered more cash back from purchases without having to buy a voucher as sometimes I don’t know how much I’m going to spend on my shopping and it can be stressful doing it in store at the last minute. I would still fully recommend the app, especially if you are shopping online as you can do the gift card in your home without any stress. Reviewed on: 18th March 2024
