Almost one year later and Santander have still not fulfilled their T&Cs – I’m still owed a £50 voucher for an ISA transfer over to them. I have followed this up with them multiple times with still no luck in them fulfilling their obligations. The time and effort involved is not worth the £50 I am trying to retrieve. They also make it incredibly difficult to contact them – no option of an email. Instead you have to wait a stupid amount of time to be connected to someone on the phone. You have to go through a ridiculous automated process and just try your luck to get connected to an actual human being. I will move my ISA next month and never bank with Santander again Reviewed on: 20th March 2024
