Leek United are professional mingled with kindness.

The people I dealt with in Newcastle under Lyme branch were professional, informative but most of all were empathetic and kind. I was in a difficult situation following an acrimonious divorce. I set up a new mortgage in my sole name.The staff were supportive and helpful. I will never forget the kindness and support offered to.me at that difficult period in my life. Kind, supportive and professional

The staff at the Newcastle-under Lyme branch were extremely helpful and supportive when I was made redundant. They guided me through insurance etc. This was in 2010. I continued with them before being able to pay my mortgage off. I currently have a Savings account with Leek United.
