Happy experience

When i contacted Zempler the customer service have been amazing especially I reported my card lost. They blocked my card and issued me a new one. Ther were very professional and friendly Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

Great customer service

Great customer service. When I lost my card previously, I was issued a replacement card soon afterwards. Very helpful. If there was ant queries I can easily get in touch via phone or through the app or online. So that is a bonus for me at least. Which means i don't have to wait to long for a response.
