Great bank but few concerns

HSBC is a great bank and provides more rewards / interest when compared to other banks.Also the bank to bank transfers are great as they don't charge you a single penny. However I dont like the new changes they made to bank to bank transfer . I don't understand why we need to download the app or have a security device to make outside bank transfers. Also they don't have any locations in TX where we can go personally and resolve our issues. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015
