I am a transwoman and Plata was VERY helpful and...

I am a transwoman and Plata was VERY helpful and understanding of my situation. There was an initial hiccup due to my legal name still being my dead-name and them calling. When I answered the phone they asked to speak with me as my dead-name and I said that I was that person but obviously it was confusing and didn't register. I got off the phone and then emailed them explaining the situation and someone got back to me straightaway and were very helpful and understanding. My feedback to them was that it would be helpful if their application process was made more trans-friendly and they took that onboard. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2024
