Awful really.

Awful really. Application process for a top up gives you the impression you’ll be accepted, when you won’t be. Even if it means bringing your monthly payments down or keeping them the same but increasing the term. Ridiculous to even offer something that just hurts your credit file when they don’t actually offer it! Reviewed on: 11th March 2026
