Everything is very clear and easy to understand.

Everything is very clear and easy to understand. The app is really well thought out and easy to navigate. They give you plenty of notice of your repayment to. Also one of the only providers to let me know that my interest rate was going down!! That's a first for me and I couldn't be happier. Reviewed on: 29th May 2024

Fantastic service, great experience

I haven't had to phone them often, but when I did need to for a date change. They were very helpful, polite and explained everything perfectly. Everything is very clearly laid out in plain English with thw paper work to, makes it so easy and you feel like your being treated as a person rather than just a number. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2024
