Shambolic Online Saving Application process

After 17 days unable to open an online saving account. Give phone calls, seven postal letters, two in branch visits. Last letter received had incorrect reference numbers on it, identified yet another step to be done and another letter rejected an original document requesting it to be supplied again. Nothing in the interaction with the BS gives me any confidence they have any quality, financial controls or empathy towards a customer. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2024
