Terrible IT systems and terrible customer service. I opened a new account a week ago am still not able to view my account. I've tried contacting their customer help line but they say that they are unable to do anything, all queries must go through their AI chatbox 'Cora'. I have tried contacting them through Cora but it's terrible, sometimes unresponsive, and was never helpful.
