Son's insurance was £900. last year, £1600 this year. So we didn't take it up with them. But got a text saying your car is insured we just need payment. My son spoke to them and told them he'd gone somewhere else and was told by CS that he had to pay £20.00 Cancellation fee. He hadn't take the insurance with them but they insisted he need to pay. What a scam I will advise everyone to not insure with them a lot better and cheap companys out there
