The only reason I chose "Neutral" for Customer Service is because I didn't need any help yet and have not interacted with them. Otherwise, excellent service on all levels, the application was a breeze, the response fast, the website simple to use, very happy with Plata and would recommend! Reviewed on: 27th March 2024
