Personalised Service with a smile

Took a loan out in order to consolidate other debts into one manageable package, helped immensely by getting monthly outgoings down and helped with setting up a date for payment that worked well with my works payment dates. Customer service over the phone can't do enough to help, and treat you like an individual not a number. Reviewed on: 25th February 2026

Quality Service with Politeness and Understanding

Applied for my loan over 12 months prior. Plata have made it extremely easy to manage and repay my loan one step at a time. And they were especially pleasant when working through the approval process, with acquiring the requisite information they needed. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Excellent customer service with ease of access

From the start of the loaning processes, all of the staff I have interacted with have been delightful, respectful and rather humorous. They understand that life has its twists and turns, and will do the best that they can to provide you the right amounts to suit your current situation, explaining terms that are unused at times to keep everything explained. From start to finish interacting with Plata over the phone and via the online application. All of their staff have been attentive and very professional.
