I have been saving for a house deposit for the last few years using Moneybox’s lifetime ISA. Obviously, the 25% bonus is pretty unbeatable, but I’ve really enjoyed the overall experience of saving with them. The app is easy to use and customer service has been quick and actually helpful when I’ve needed it, unlike other apps where you have a useless robot that keeps failing to answer your question. I’ve also found their mortgage advisors really friendly and helpful, even though I didn’t end up using them past the initial appointment. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024
