Brokern Phone

I smashed the screen of my new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I contacted Gadget Cover using the contact information they provided. They were very helpful, friendly and showed me empathy. I was clearly advised the steps to my claim and received clear and efficient communication throughout. This was especially surprising as the insurance was by far the cheapest around and will a much smaller excess. To sum up I was very happy. Reviewed on: 11th October 2016

Need Phone Smashed

I recent got the new Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. I loved it until it fell out my pocket in the garden and smashed the screen meaning I could not use it. I contacted Gadget Cover using the contact information they provided and they were understanding and genially cared that I was gutted about breaking my new phone. They talked me through the process and were very quick and efficient in dealing with my claim. I was extremely happy with the service provided especially as the insurance was cheaper than EE and has a 50% cheaper excess. Reviewed on: 11th October 2016
