First off, process if getting loans is smooth as it really can be. Plata seems to be looking at customers it very much different manners than other lenders especially APR( even for the one with not great credit score) . After getting into financial hard times due unexpected expenses , they were very helpful on the online chat and come out with the solution seamlessly. It was a great to know that on the other side of the screen it was just a human as me and understood my situation. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024
