Right from the get go, I received great service from a customer service representative.

I was searching for some information on their company in order for me to make my decision on whether or not switch to them. I was contacted by a customer service representative and they helped me with all of the questions I had about their company. Its very rare that you find a CSR that is actually in a good mood who understands the customers needs. They guided me through the process of starting the application and what forms I would need in order to complete it as quick as possible in a time efficient manner. The only disadvantage that I didnt really approve of was the wait time. The wait time was ridiculous! Worst than ATT and TIME WARNER wait times. A whopping 45 minutes just to talk to a rep. Thats too much time used up when it could have been used up on something else. I really really really value my time. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015
