I moved over 60,000 pounds from accounts that I had had for many years because your company (Newbury BS) were to slow in increasing their interest rate as compared to its rivals. I recently open a cash ISA and was told by your sale person that she opened a simular account but with the Halifax BS as they gave better rates.
