9 months on still no update. They don’t give a damn.

9 months into a claim. Damaged drains caused sewage to back up and contaminate the crawl space beneath the ground floor of our house. Horrific smell throughout the house. We have flies and last week saw rats. Needs to be dug out and decontaminated but despite numerous phone calls and emails we have still not had one single update from esure or their loss adjusters.
