I can easily say Monzo has been the best bank I've used. I have never been let down by the features, and love how empowered I feel with my money. I use Monzo as both my main account and household account. The joint account is fantastic for splitting bills and expenses as a couple. And especially if you're saving for big trips together. For me, Flex replaced Klarna for purchasing big gifts and credit cards for trips. It's so easy and convenient, and I feel much more in control of it having access direct from the bank app, then using a third party app or card. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

The first time seeing the card with my shop name was...

The first time seeing the card with my shop name was incredible! I loved how easily it was to transfer cash between accounts. The team was super friendly and reached out to ask about my product feature requests. Overall it was a great experience. I used it for my Etsy shop, which was my first time handling business expenses and found it to be very intuitive as it had everything I needed and it connected with Quickbooks very easily and made filing tax easy.
